1. Items Purchased Incorrectly: Parts purchased incorrectly by the consumer can be returned to AApower.com provided the part(s) are unopened, uninstalled, and in re-sellable condition. Returns are permissible only up to fourteen days after the consumer receives the item. No items will be accepted after that time frame. All part(s) are subject to a 15% restocking fee and return shipping fees are to be paid by the consumer. Note: Some parts may not be returnable under any circumstance or condition. Please contact your A&A Power representative with any questions. AApower.com is not responsible for part numbers provided by the consumer. It is not the responsibility of A&A Power’ to verify that the consumer has provided a correct part number. Nor, does A&A Power verify part compatibility with the consumer’s generator(s) and therefore cannot be held responsible for incorrect part/generator matchups.
2. Defective and Broken Item Returns: Defective or broken parts received by the consumer must be reported immediately to a sales representative at AApower.com. The consumer has two weeks (14 days) upon receipt of the item to report the part as defective or broken in transit. No items will be accepted that are reported beyond that time frame. Note: Some parts may not be returnable under any circumstance or condition. Please contact your A&A Power representative with any questions.
3. Refunds and Exchanges: Refunds or exchanges will only occur after the returned item(s) have been inspected by AApower.com or Generac. All items shipped via motor freight truck are non-returnable. The customer is responsible for ordering the correct part and providing AApower.com the correct part number
